SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING DETAILS: all U.S. orders of $46 or more (after any discounts have been applied) ship FREE. For orders under $46, a $12 delivery fee applies.
• Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only.
• A shipping confirmation is emailed to you when your order ships.
• Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of shipment for delivery.

GOING GREEN: in our continuing effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, your order may be shipped in a previously used shipping box.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
• Charges will be incurred when requesting expedited shipping (anything other standard ground).
• Orders requesting expedited shipping placed by 12:00 PM EST will ship the same day.
• Orders requesting expedited shipping placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

• All International orders will be charged shipping.
• Customer will be responsible for any customs duties, if applicable.
• Please allow 10-15 business days for international delivery.

RETURN POLICY:

• All products must be at least 75% full.
• All products must be returned within 30 days of the shipment delivery date.
• Return shipping fees are at the customer’s expense.
• Please include your receipt in your parcel.
• Please send your parcel via a trackable method to ensure that your return is received by Thalgo.

 DAMAGES: any damages must be reported to the shipping carrier within 24 hours. Thalgo is not responsible for goods after delivery to carrier. Orders will be insured upon client’s request.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be accessed only by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

DO WE DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES? We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
