You may be asked to provide your personal data at any time when you are in contact with THALGO or an affiliated company. They may also combine it with other information in order to supply and improve their products, services, content and advertising. You are not obliged to provide us with the personal data that we request of you. However, if you choose not to do so, we will not always be able to provide you with our products and services, or even answer your questions. Here are a few examples of the type of personal data that THALGO may collect and how we may use it:

• The personal data that we collect allows us to inform you of the latest product announcements and upcoming THALGO events. If you do not wish to be on our mailing list, you can decide to unsubscribe at any time by updating your preferences.

• We also use your personal data to create, develop, use, deliver and improve our products, services, content and advertising, and for loss prevention and anti-fraud purposes.

This information may be used to improve the pertinence of the results provided by our services and will not be linked to your IP address. If we combine non-personal data with personal data, the data combined in this way is processed as personal data as long as it remains amalgamated.

3. COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

We may use cookies and other technologies. These technologies allow us to gain a better understanding of user behaviour, tell us which sections of our website are the most visited and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of our advertising and Internet searches.
