THALGO is committed to respecting the rules to protect the privacy of its consumers, the members of its loyalty programme, prospects and visitors to its website. All the personal data processing carried out within the framework of the accessible services complies with the local regulations that apply in terms of personal data protection, particularly the provisions of the amended French data protection act of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU regulation 2016/679).

In the event of a removal or deletion request, pursuant to the legal and regulatory framework in effect, the preservation period for your data is five years.

If need be, the geolocation services may use GPS, Bluetooth and your IP address, as well as the locations of community WiFi hotspots and relay masts or other technologies to determine your location. Unless you have consented otherwise, this location data is collected anonymously in a format that does not allow you to be identified.
